Rates

• $250 per 50 minute session (Dr. Oland)
• $100 per 50 minute session (Hakeem Metzger)
• General psychological evaluation: $500-$1,000
• Comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation, including testing for learning disorder and ADHD, and report: $2,000
• ADHD neuropsychological evaluation and report: $1,500
• IQ testing and report: $500

Insurance

• In network with Aetna (not EAP)

We will automatically generate and send you superbills that you can submit to your insurance for your insurance to reimburse you if you have out of network coverage.

You are able to pay for services with a HSA card.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
